I agree. Our family enjoys it for what it is. It was never intended to be the San Diego Zoo. It’s still a fun little half day at a good price. And it will be much nicer after they finish the construction. People just like to shite on everything BR. ...

Not true. You can enforce an oral contract in Louisiana. Harder to prove though. You need at least one witness and other corroborating circumstances. ...
