They know how to maneuver their body and use leverage to their advantage. In our high school, the OL and DL were required to be on the wrestling team f...

The surgery on L5 and S1 was my first on those two discs my second all together as my first was only on L4. L5 and S1 were herniated and not ruptured when I had my first surgery on L4 and the doc told me he doesn't perform surgery on herniated discs, that was 15-20!years ago. Things might have chang...
Back to top Obviously 8 year old baseball tournaments are trashy, but what about 14 year old elite 11 rankings? Or state tournament pics? I say once they start playing high school athletics it is okay. Before then nobody cares.
I text my mom and dad and my in laws about my younges...
I had 2 micro discectomies, L4 then L5 and S1 about 15 years ago,
The first time I had surgery they only fixed L4, the other 2 L5 and S1 were herniated. The doc at the time said that he couldn't fix the herniated disc's only the ruptured one. Of course, several months later those 2...
Sounds like you need to go back and see your doctor. I had 2 micro discectomies, L4 then L5 and S1 about 20 years ago, walked in with pain and walked out with only tenderness around the incision. Haven't had a problem since. The pain before surgery was awful, no way to get comfortable, it hurt from ...

A few years ago I switched to Visible, it's Verizon's pre pay plan. $25 a month for unlimited everything including hot spot. Haven't regretted it one bit. Saves a ton of money. The only draw back is that there is no box store or live person to talk to if there is a problem. I've only had one problem...
Is there something else I’m missing?
We went for the 1st time last year and had a lot of fun. As far as stuff to do, it depends on how old your kids are. I have 2 boys, 20 and 16. We did most of the things your doing, white water rafting was fun, Dollywood was the nicest, cleanest am...

For those who have visited Italy

Posted by dek81572 on 5/24/24 at 11:20 am
Did you travel inside the country by car or train and what cities and areas would you recommend besides Rome? I'm sure Venice is rated pretty high up on the list but would you visit Florence, Pisa, Amalfi Coast, Naples, Cinque Terre? What is your experience visiting these cities. Thanks in advance...
