Both have been terrible at the plate so I’d go with Kling.

Last few times I have booked rentals (not just in Florida) I use VRBO to find places then go to owners page and contact them directly. Usually saves a couple dollars of fees from these online companies especially if they have a website where you can contact them not on VRBO.. :cheers:
