Importance of SECt <<<< Regionals
We want our guys fresh as possible. We absolutely could’ve blown our load and won. Tbh, I thought the pitchers gave us a chance to win, even with limited pitch counts. Hats off to UT’s staff keeping us in check almost the entire game....

I would save herring, Guidry, and little for the final game late, but wouldn’t burn them for more than 2 innings. They’ll be fine if that’s the case, plenty of time to recover. ...

..seeing the product and result that we had on the field last year.. or watching a team that struggled so much early on this year blossoming into what is developing now late in the season and carrying over into Hoover. I think the earliest it should start is on a Thursday. Give the weekend rotation arms at least 5 days rest in between starts. Just asking for injuries starting the tournament after a quick turnaround of weekend series. ...

Doesn’t command his offspeed well, fastball is his best pitch but even with it, he doesn’t command the zone very well. Liable to give up walks and often takes him a few batters to get comfortable....
