If you’re buying non-ethanol gas from a pump that also pumps ethanol gas. The first 1/3 or more of the 1st gallon is whatever the customer before you was pumping.

Repo mobile homes are usually in very poor condition. Water damage to particle board subfloors in bathrooms and kitchens. The metal roofs on single wides leak. The windows also leak causing wall and subfloor damage. Good deals can be had but no way I would buy one without an inspection....
