Yeah, because rebounding and defense aren't an important part of the game. It's all about gaudy scoring averages, right? Let me know when they name NBA Finals MVP Award after Rudy Gobert. Since he's never sniffed the NBA Finals, you may be waiting a while.
If Rudy Gobert played on a te...
That is a dumbass statement, there is a reason he is considered one of the greatest basketball players of all-time. Matching up against Chamberlain and winning is the same as beating Jordan.
Because his team with many other all-stars won a bunch of championships when there were 8 teams...
He was one if not the best defender of all time.
There are many in the conversation for best defenders of all time. None of them are in the GOAT conversation unless they have offense to match. Nobody is disputing that Bill Russell was a great defender. I’m saying he only played on...
From the type of willpower that you are implying, I would say you don’t have any willpower at all, and it’s just an illusion. I would encourage anyone that believes that being fat is just lazy or a choice to read Robert Sapolskys book behave. Your ability to successfully change your habits wa...
So how do you explain people that eat the same terrible food constantly, never work out, and maintain a low BMI?
Those people don’t eat as much as you think they do. That used to be me. I never ate particularly healthy. But I didn’t eat all that much. I may have eaten a decent amount a...
Respectfully, you are factually wrong about this. Your assertion is from a sample size of one.
No. my sample size is the billions of people throughout history who have been a normal, healthy weight. Humans didn’t magically change 30 years ago. ...
Bro, in February two of my children took me to dinner on separate occasions and both times I had to leave the table to vomit. And I’m not even an old guy yet. Last year I had to be hospitalized after taking a single bite of meat and throwing up hundreds of times in a 6 hour period. Swallowing...
Incorrect. The hormonal imbalance is the root cause driver behind the majority of cases of people with the disease of obesity. Fix the root cause, and the symptoms of the disease subside. Now, there are compounding issues further down the line. The availability of calorie dense foods has b...
Even when the science is there about hormonal deficiencies that shows that a high percentage of people never feel satiated due to a specific hormonal deficiency that can now be addressed, people still want to shame the obese with moralistic lectures.
That’s nonsense. Fat people never w...
Obesity is largely(but not entirely) driven by a deficiency of GLP-1, a naturally occurring hormone in our bodies. GLP-1 agonists trigger the increase of production of this hormone to make it rise to more normal levels.
That may be true for some people. But it’s obvious that is not wha...
Once again, I love the OT Being fat = bad Taking meds to stop being fat = bad Never change OTards
I think the negativity towards obesity is that it’s an outward reflection of bad choices. It’s the result of poor self control, laziness, lack of pride, gluttony, and a myriad of of...
Also, the reason nothing happened to the players is that they were offered immunity in exchange for them spilling the beans on the whole thing. If the players weren’t offered immunity, they wouldn’t have said anything and who knows if anything would have come of it. So the whole reason we kn...
Houston is a bayou city w/o coonasses
There are plenty of coonasses. They just also have plenty of everything else, too. ...
Bill Russell is the most overrated player of all-time. He averaged like 15 points a game. Sure, he got a lot of rebounds and played good defense, but that’s like calling Rudy Gobert one of the goats. Also, let’s not forget he played at a time when there were only 8 teams in the league and the te...
If he just touched the plate, this wouldn’t even be an issue. It’s the rule. He knows the rules. We all know the rules. It’s his own fault and nobody else’s. He screwed up. It’s not the rule’s fault. It’s his fault. All he had to do was touch the plate. And he didn’t. Touching the plate is how runs ...
It looks like the CPU is spec'd for 2400 but there is a line that says "or 2666". I don't think you'll get much out of the 2666 over the 2400. It’s dual channel compatible, so you'll want to get 2 x 8GB DDR4-2400. Not 1 x 16. It isn't compatible with that.
That’s what I was thinking. T...
It’s a desktop. I was doing a bit of reading before anyone replied to this thread. From what I’ve gathered, I’d want to use 2400 since I don’t know if the motherboard can handle 3200. Seems I’d just remove the 4g and replace with two 8g. If you care to read the specs, here’s they are for his ...

His computer is at least 5 years old, and only has 4gb of ram. His computer has a capacity of 16gb. It says the ram is DDR4-2400. My question is if I get more ram, does it have to also be DDR4-2400? Is there a better option such as 3200? Can I remove the original 2400 ram and use all 16gb avai...

They can also mix and match these, which could be fun. ...
