My wife is a stay at home mom. She has never formally worked except before we had kids. Her contributions have been invaluable. I’m 51 and have saved enough to retire here in the next year or two. Don’t look at as a cost.
Although with no kids not sure what she’ll be doing all day. ...

I’d love to hear her ex-husband’s side of the story. The abusive ex excuse for divorce is as old as time. I’d tread lightly with this gal. I see parade level red flags with this one. Realize that’s not what you want to hear, but nobody comes to this website expecting to hear what they want.

Undergrad from TAMU and MBA from Rice. Both have served me well. If I had to choose an SEC school for another graduate degree, all rivalries aside, I’d choose TX for reputation alone. Couldn’t care less about athletics when it comes to making a living. Only one thing matters: me. ...
