The Dallas Cowboys have seven picks in this weekend's NFL Draft, including the No. 24 overall pick during Thursday's first round. However, owner Jerry Jones seems a little confused on how the draft actually works...

Makes sense...reminds me of when he was seconds away from selecting Manziel in that draft. Jerry's son snatched the draft card with Manziel's name on it right before Jerruh was gonna hand it in.

So…Jones misspoke and meant to say “24th worst team”? Which, while not being perfectly accurate is directionally correct…so why is this a big deal and why is this guy confused?
