With everything crumbling around us quickly over here in our own continent, worrying about Putin is akin to peaking over the backyard fence focused on what the guy next door might be doing doing while your own fricking house is engulfed in a raging fire.

We don't have the funds. We have a printer. If we sit back and let Putin have Ukraine, Europe may decided he's a better ally than enemy. Then we get closer to the dollar not being the reserve currency and the US will crumble very quickly.

Our out of control spending is why we're going to die as a world power. The minute the world takes the money printer from us, our own people will tear us apart when they can't get their free shite anymore.

Open up trade with Ukraine and Russian businesses.

We have our own issues to deal with. Let Europe police itself for once.

There’s not a single reason why the US should police Europe’s neighborhood for them when they won’t lift a finger.

Unless we were going to arm the Ukrainian people for a partisan campaign, there wasn’t much we could do.

The geography of Ukraine doesn’t lead itself to defense. Flat plains are good for growing wheat but bad for stopping tanks and infantry.

Get our thumbs out of our azzes and think about what the endgame is for Putin.
