Poland’s 23 Migs should already be there considering they have given them 200 tanks so it’s not like they are escalating things and the Polish are good at keeping their equipment maintained so they are most likely in the best possible flying condition relative to the age of the aircraft. Hopefully a good number of those aircraft stuck on the ground needing parts are Su-27. Poland has 23 Migs it could send but I would take a dozen Su-27 over 23 Mig-29 anytime.

The Biden administration has a terrible relationship with Poland. That terrible relationship has kept the Biden admin from transferring surplus F16s to Poland to replace their Migs. That terrible relationship also caused Poland to buy replacement military equipment from South Korea instead of the USA.

Yep but I try not go political here I get downvoted for being a Trump supporter but there’s just no defending the Biden presidency. South Korea came out of that deal like gangbusters though. I believe that was the largest military hardware order ever for South Korea and their self propelled howitzer and main battle tank are as good and can be argued even better than the American counterpart. The K9 is without a doubt better than the M109 Paladin.

According to current records, The Union of Concerned Scientists has over 25,000 scientists as members.

JUST IN - Wien Energie, Austria's largest energy supplier, is insolvent — requires 1.7 billion euros to remain liquid, according to local media.

Yeah, LARPers I’m sure this is going to work out. Y’all could breath a .36 on how much y’all are shithoused on war.

It’s so easy for you to call people LARPers or genocidal or any of your other bullshite names because they don’t see things in the fricked way that you do. You are the type that’s never seen war and if war were to ever come to your front door you’d run and hide and beg to have some of those type of people you call genocidal to do your fighting for you. So keep talking your bullshite little boy you have that right thanks to people you’d talk shite about no doubt.

Sir you are wrong, Biden is a corrupt piece of shite who inserted digits into an intern and then had her fired when she didn't play.

That is the free world leader. A senile sexual predator.

Because y’all are. This war is fun and distant to y’all and y’all won’t accept anything less than unconditional surrender from Russia. It’s not going to happen. Y’all don’t grasp the reality on the ground and accept all propaganda you get from that front.

The fact of the matter is the supply lines and the economy do not lie. They paint a very grim picture, and it’s not good for the West. Russia will make sacrifices due to their kids being at war as will Ukraine. You really think Western Europe and everyone in this country thinks like y’all do?

You’re all completely shitfaced on war. You can not acknowledge the fog of war and think you know you’re winning. I’m sorry, more people think like me in this country and in Western Europe than like y’all. They just want to stuff their faces and be left the frick alone. Once modern conveniences come to an end in the West which is happening in real time before our eyes, we’ll fold. Y’all are just too drunk to see it.

You know who else has never seen war? The vast, vast majority of Western Europe. You think they’re not going to fold? You’re making my point for me.

Maybe we attempt to put ourselves in the Ukrainians’ shoes and consider how we wouldn’t want to surrender and accept Russian subjugation and erosion of all things valuable over time. How we wouldn’t want to accept increasing control from a dominator to the point of no return. Maybe we also see things through an American lens, one in which we, the underdogs with some foreign help, rid our land of our those who had dominion over us and then again a few decades later fought them off again much like the Ukrainians at present.

Maybe it’s you who doesn’t grasp the reality of what the Ukrainians want, you know those actually fighting for their freedom and their future. If the Germans are so upset about the price of energy maybe they should get off their arse and help the Ukrainians and their East European neighbors drive Russia out and end the war. Maybe the Germans shouldn’t have willingly become so reliant on Russian energy knowing full well who they were dealing with and the hypocrisy of doing so for fossil fuels.

Which is how everyone justifies all our wars abroad since WWII. This is what all warmongers say.

And guess what? I’m not Ukrainian. It’s not my problem, but you’re making it mine.

No, you’re the one not grasping it. Here’s a report where out of 6,000 Ukraine-Russia Occupied Ukraine crossing, Only 76 crossed into Ukrainian territory while 5,924 were crossing into Russia Occupied Ukraine

Yeah it’s not making sense. You’re a fricking sap just like all the saps that justified the War in Iraq. You’ve been conned. Unless you literally want World War III to happen, there’s not going to be unconditional surrender from Russia. You live in a fricking fantasy land.

Yeah, so how about they start paying for it and we stop? Oh they’re not going to do that? Then we shouldn’t either. Not another fricking cent to these conmen.

So we’re all being conned and your go to to make a point is CNN, known to con viewers with staged video and outright lies. Got it.

A nuclear power has walked away from major wars without use of nuclear weapons multiple times. Nukes and WWIII are not the only answers available.

Well in a sense their suffering for their lack of effort given what we’ve seen from the Russians so far. Sure they should absolutely help significantly more, but that doesn’t mean others should just not as though it’s not worth it. Address is with the Germans not make the Ukrainians suffer.

Every once in a while a journalist will get the bold idea that he’s supposed to be telling the public the truth and then his superiors come in and tell them that they’re supposed to be propagandists for the establishment.

It’s not going to happen. All you’re going to do is extend the war and bleed us dry. Russia will not completely withdraw and you’re a fricking fool if you think they will.

Yeah because I remember how successful it was when we said all Iraqis wanted freedom. This whole thread would be lighting into people like me for saying the WMDs were fricking bullshite and this was all about the oil. You’re all fools.

The MSM is all lies unless it agrees with my preconceived notions then it's 100% the truth.

Only when you agree with it is it the “truth” unlike the other 99% of the time.

I’m not advocating for it but we’ve outspent Russia into defeat before when they were in a far better global position than today. Is this why they’ve evacuated fighter jets from Crimea they’ve claimed as Russian for 8 years now?

Well, given we acted like Russia in this example it couldn’t be much worse to make your point.
