That looks like a T-90A that has been around for some 20 years. It’s not a newer T-90.

Just seems so weird that it was dropped off there with no notification to the managers and nobody left to guard it or anything.

There are a bunch of variations of the T-90, starting in the late 1980s through 2015 or so.
