Made a bunch of these at our last get together, everyone loved them. If you can get a good price on skirt steak and there's not too many people, it's a great app.

This probably doesn't fit the setting, and people might make fun of you, but trust me, this is a flavorful bite.

Pork skins (the puffy kind) with this crunchy garlic chili oil. Not too spicy. Just an overwhelming umami bomb.
