The superdome would be terrible, fake grass for starters and not a big soccer market

They’ve played at AT&T and NRG before with fake grass, is the Superdome incapable of having the same turf?

They bring in real grass at Jerry World and do the same for NRG

They can’t even fill MLS stadiums right now

The one off they did last year at SoFi was perfect

LAFC, The Galaxy, Club America and Chivas all in one night

So glad we set up a tournament to give Mexican fans more opportunities to throw shite on the pitch and cheap shot MLS players. Really moves the game forward!

#38 Inter Miami @ #29 Dallas - Dallas favorite as better team and at home but Messi effect is real.

#25 NY Red Bulls @ #8 Phil - Phil better team and at home.

#24 Queretaro @ #14 NE - NE better team and at home.

#46 Charlotte @ #41 Houston - Houston slight favorite at home.

#2 American @ #18 Nashville - American favorite even at Nashville

#6 Toluca @ #34 Minnesota - Toluca favorite even at Minnesota

#4 Tigres vs. #1 Monterrey in Houston - Monterrey slight favorite.

#19 Real Salt Lake @ #11 LAFC - LAFC favorite at home

It's so stupid that Apple puts this stuff behind the paywall. I have a group text with some guys that never watch soccer but asked what channel it was one since nothing else on. When I told them you have to pay to have a subscription on Apple and it's not regular TV/Cable they said no thanks. But keep trying to grow a sport behind a paywall and see how it ends up. EPL and all the other leagues will be on TV easy to find but not idiotic MLS.

I hate Apple

It’s better than Apple TV though

The crews calling matches on season pass has been awful

FS1 doesn't have an installed user base of 1.65B people

Agree with you here but I've found everything outside of EPL to be awful for commentary. I actually enjoy watching soccer on Telemundo because it allows me to focus on the game but Apple announcers are tripping over themselves to suck off Messi at every turn to the point of it becoming nauseating. Truly hope that it changes soon.

Bru Apple TV doesn’t have even close to that many people using it

For the fact I’m out and can’t even watch the match is a shame

I’m stuck watching a stream on my phone

There was still empty seats when they did the overhead view

These matches are not going to be played on the regular at 50k+ venues

There are 1.65B people with an active Apple device which is capable of watching Apple TV, all new iPhones and iPads come with a free pass as well.

Apple is selling MLS Season Pass to DirecTV.
