Thanks for all the replies. I try to do what little research I can and I guess none of us truly know if they are going to do what they say they are. I see xan Johnson is up again. That guy is pretty extreme, but I literally LOL when he told Gravy chambers he was Butt hurt over something on a conference call!

If they don't have a public profession of faith in Christ, I don't vote for them.

If they do have a profession of faith in Christ yet live a public life seemingly at odds with that profession, I don't vote for them.

If they have a public profession of faith but belong to a heretical group affiliated with Christianity (like Mormonism), I don't vote for them.

I won't be voting for many people.

Ive started voting against incumbents if there isnt enough info.

For others it was an easy call, just vote the republican over the democrat.

My thing against incumbents is we need to just move people on, no one should hold their public office for more than 8 years, even if you like them.

We are getting some type of paper ballots no matter who wins. It's already been put into law because we are the only state that can't audit their elections.

The issues are with how that will be implemented and Trosclair is the only candidate who doesn't want us to buy machines that can be compromised. He doesn't want us to move in the direction of being more like Georgia or Arizona, which is what will happen.

easy: R over D

Not so simple up here in Bossier. Everyone registers R because a D cannot win.
I look at the flyers in my mailbox every day and there is a trend:

If the candidate says he's an extreme right wing conservative republican who loves Donald Trump then I vote for him.

If the candidate only says he's for good govt I know he's a leftist.

What if it’s two females?
Go ahead, you can say it!

Some of the ways I research candidates is by seeing who had their signs in their yards , who gives them money , who they have given money to ect . Most of that info should be Publix record on the state and county election website .
