Just finished the game myself. Insomniac may be a top 3 game developer at the moment. Minimum bugs, great story, gameplay was fast paced, true next gen game.

I need to finish Spider Man Remastered on Steam, and start Miles Morales. Too bad my PC is likely too old to run this when it does come to Steam.

Been a while since I’ve lost track of time playing a game, this been fun as hell. The wing suits are awesome to use and make moving around the city so much easier. I loved just going insane with the symboite suit in the first fight against Kraven’s henchmen, feels so great just owning everyone. Also kind of nice how you randomly just pop in on Miles/Peter when fighting crime makes the game feel more authentic then just randomly switching between the two. Anticipating finally seeing Venom seems like I’m about at that point since Peter has become a full a-hole now

I may have missed this. I did this fight. What is the symboite suit?

Just plat'd it last night. What an incredible game top to bottom. Story was superb, and everything felt pretty smooth. This visuals and load times when fast travelling were killer. Can't wait for some DLC.

so started playing over weekend any really enjoying this. not surprised at all considering how good first one and morales was.

one thing im surprised is a lot of people are saying they like mile's character and story more and wish he was the focus. Am i in the minority of the opinion that peter is way more interesting? I dont give shite bout mile's college applications and museum building (i dont hate it, but it isnt all that important).

I don't have a problem with the character but did have a problem with the way Peter was portrayed in this game. He really was a slouch and I get the whole time to pass the mantle thing, but this was his game and he felt like useless at some points.Like the whole final boss fight should've been Pete. I really don't like how Miles is so overpowered. I mean the venom shite he has is like every villains kryptonite. Just my opinion.
I think Miles is dope, just wish they would let him struggle more

So just finished it up and have some thoughts on the sequel so obviously spoilers.

So they’re definitely setting up Green Goblin to the be the main villain of the next one which means Peter is definitely going to be heavily involved in the game. May start out with Miles being the main Spidey then gets overwhelmed by GG which forces Peter back into the fight.

Also with the Green Goblin coming into the fold who’s probably going to have a vendetta against Peter/Spider-Man and Peter having a girlfriend makes me worried that MJ might get Gwen Stacy’d.

Also Carnage is 100% going to the DLC no way they just drop Cletus Kasady getting the Carnage symboite then just leave it there.

Follow up question so keeping the spoiler tag.

Do you think they'd do GG and Hobgoblin for the next one? Kind of wasn't a fan of Harry staying alive, but that has to be why. Big three of them and Doc has to make for a heavy Pete story no matter what.
Sidebar, while it was a little bittersweet since Peter doesn't finish him, the Kraven end scene was great.

Spoilers!!!!

Definitely believe GG on deck. I’m thinking it’ll be Miles focused at first but then Peter has to come out of retirement.

Just finished. Man….that story was elite, just really well done and captivating.

Got all of the trophies except for the web line stealth - 25 enemy takedowns one. I’m at 48% and need to figure out how to get it done without starting a new playthrough. The crimes that are occurring in the streets now are still the symbiote enemies for some reason and I haven’t been able to go stealth against them so far

I said the same thing. Miles seems way more overpowered than Peter in this one.

Final act did seem kind of rushed. Venom is born and before you know it, it’s over.

Finished it over the weekend. The kids and I enjoyed the story a lot. I do feel the end was rushed after some of the story build up being so meticulous (high school, carnival, foundation scenes).

Spoilers...

Once we get the anti-venom suit the story just flies by from dealing with MJ's transformation straight to the final battle. It felt like a movie where the last 45 minutes is just one battle that goes by too quick.

I hope we get some DLC soon.
