It should but I think somebody would still pull the trigger on drafting him in the top 10.
He has not looked nearly as good this year. His play when he's been under pressure is weak and he's been awful against decent defenses.

USC plays like they don't even have coaches anymore.
Cal has more yards in the 1st half (318) in only 10 minutes of possession as they've had total in most of their games this year.
