Due to my inability to read, I only use audiobooks, so yea.

On topic- yes- listening to an audio book counts as having read the book, but I tend to say “I listened to such and such book” if I’m discussing that book with someone else.
It’s not enough of a thing the split hairs over though. You need some wine to take that edge off?
