Bike
Nerf mini gun
Train
Hot wheels garage
Half of a toy work truck that you assemble and take apart that has a ton of parts

Two left to do. Then I am hauling off the boxes. Looking at 2 AM to finish.

While my kids are grown now, back when they were little the worst by far was…

Barbie Dream House

Zero chance I’d have gotten it done if I’d waited till the night before to start

My son is now at the age that most of the stuff we buy are for him to put together himself. Legos, racetracks, etc. My daughter is still keeping me a to-do list.

Finished up the American Girl doll closet and the easel set. My wife was pretty bummed though when the steal-of-a-deal treehouse set from the Chip and Joanna bums didn’t have the pack of screws and fasteners. Tried to make do with my box of random screws from over the years and ended up splitting a wall in two….. oh well….

Can confirm

Just finished putting together a trampoline in the rain by myself.

Without any hesitation, that sucked significantly less than a Barbie Dream House.

All I did this year was an everlast heavy bag and speed bag with stand. Not too bad but I waited until the last minute.

DO NOT miss putting anything together. Daughter is in college and got her a 55" TV and some clothes. We did buy some clothes and toys for 2 kids in a family that we are helping out.

No assembly this year and it was awesome. We have three girls ages 8 and under. You can have only so many giant doll houses, bikes, and trampolines. We are at a saturation point.

Merry Christmas, OT. Enjoying the calm before the storm when the knuckleheads wake up. Then I’ll be assembling electric scooters, trampoline, and whatever else is under that tree.

Did you get punchy?

Sorry, I couldn’t resist.

No assembling for me this year, thank you Jesus!

Merry Christmas to you all.

Put a gaming table together for my 15 year old. Really I supervised him doing most of it.

Thought I was going to be sharp and assemble my daughter’s Kidcraft doll house a few nights ago where I wouldn’t have the headache tonight. First of all the instructions were just pictures but it was not detailed pictures. Finally got some of the pieces together correctly or so I thought and it went together pretty easy after that. Well I’m sitting everything out an hour or so ago and my wife said you put the back wall upside down. I looked and sure enough I did. I blew a fuse. I was so mad. I had to take it back about halfway apart to fix that.

I know your pain, did this one the other day. Aside from having to crawl in and out of the door frame, getting the door perfect made me want to break it over my knee

Sadly, my children are all to old for gifts that require assembly. Hell, they all sleep in now.

I miss putting things together until the wee hours, trying to be quiet and then being awakened by the little kids at O early thirty.

My son I am with this Christmas just woke up! Of course, he is 23...

It sounds like the ridiculously popular YouTube drummers are going to have a bunch of folks hating life in a few days.
