notice it says "New" and "Returning"...?
"Existing" subscribers can get effed I guess. I just checked the PlayStation Store and didn't see a discount.

I went and looked to see if I could get it, but not available for me. I've had PSN+ since it was offered on PS3, and let it lapse for the first time in December.

This is great timing considering I was a returning subscriber last week, a couple days before this was offered.
