he passes every test that they set up for him to fail, and when he passes them all, they get insecure and mad and still arrest him.

I gotta be honest, as I was reading this thread title him being innocent is not where I figured it was going
If the cops pulled some bullshite then they should suffer consequences

His own dad says his son looks drunk. He refuses a breathalyzer and his girl blew a .25
Weird battle to fight

These roadside tests are extremely subjective and the cops will usually just say that everyone failed the eye tests. Even dead sober the cops can say you failed one of the tests. This cop took him through the entire series of tests and was obviously not getting the results he wanted. Dude should have just asked for the breath test if he hadn’t been drinking. Once the cop put the handcuffs on him he was detained and had every right to ask for legal council.

One of Nick's problems is every time a LEO runs his license his stint behind bars for fricking up his buddy in a drunk car crash shows up.

After listening to the audio of a phone call between Hulk and Nick after a car crash left Nick’s friend brain dead, they both deserve all the bad things that happen to them.

Yep. Happened to me outside Athens Ga after a UGA home loss. Redneck cop didn’t like my LSU sticker.
Charges dropped. I was going 7 mph over speed limit and had a legal pistol.

I love these threads because the OT ties itself into knots between its general distaste for police versus it's loathing of drunk drivers.

I suspect the arresting officer was bribed by The Million Dollar Man, Ted Dibiase.
“HOW MUCH FOR THE PLASTIC SURGERRRYYY?!?!”

Doesn’t the Hulksters son have multiple DUI’s?

It is my understanding that refusing a breathalyzer is grounds for an arrest or suspension of your license in most jurisdictions. They pulled him over because he not only didn't switch lanes away from a cop on the side of the road he actually switched into the lane to pass next to the cop.
Plus this is the same POS who left his friend paralyzed for life after driving like an idiot and crashing his car nearly 20 years ago.

Not sure if this is the guy I would choose to defend or the arrest I would be up in arms about.

There is zero reason to ever agree to a field test. If they want to arrest you, they will. All you're going to do is incriminate yourself.
No cop will be like..."oh shite, guess I was wrong.Have a great night."

No he didn't.

Politely refuse. All of it.
They’ve already decided to arrest you. They’re just getting evidence.

Never, under any circumstances, do any sobriety test that cops offer you.
Don’t do the field sobriety test. Don’t do the breathalyzer. Refuse the blood draw. Urine sample.
Refuse them all.
The cop already has it in his mind that you’re guilty the second he pulls you over and when you do those things you’re just giving him and the state extra ammo.

He didn't even cave anybody's head in this time.

Speaking of cops maybe not always doing the right thing (although this one is questionable) has anyone watched American Nightmare on Netflix?
