Tiny Champion’s (short Uber)
Sunny’s (Friday during the day)
St. Arnold’s (short Uber)

I agree with everything on your list except Frank’s Pizza… unless it’s just there for a late night slice when you don’t care about quality.

I’ll also add Brasserie du Parc - a French bistro. Never had a bad meal there.

B&B Butcher is my all time favorite any where but every place on that list is great
