I’ll give her credit. If your going to break a record, bombing it in from the logo is a hell of a way to do it (en route to an efficient (50% shooting) 49 points.

We can be honest about this.
Clark is the better player and had the better game that night, but Angel is a beast also.
Clark had 30 and shot basically all threes that night and shot 41% overall (42% from 3). She also added 8 assists and 2 rebounds.
Angel’s 15, 10, 5, 3, 1 night (on 42% shooting from point blank range) was not better.
Again, I think LSU won the title because of Reese’s impact on every game, but Clark is the better basketball player.
