I love mayo on almost everything, but if it’s left out to get warm I’ll pass. I once called in an order for a chicken salad poboy from Zara’s on Prytania and they must have mixed it up with another “hot” poboy because when I got there it had been under the heat lamp baking. Nope.
Also, mayo (or cream cheese or sour cream) should not be anywhere near sushi rolls. Sorry, not sorry.

I’m making a Louis sauce right now for a shrimp Louis salad.

I love mayo but this is exactly why I cant eat a tuna melt. The thought of hot mayo makes me gag.
