I'm too old now. But if I was 18 y.o. again I wouldn't be fit for combat. I was measured at 5-8, 109 lbs. My Air Force brother says I could have been drafted but since I typed so fast they'd probably put me behind a desk.
Would I type for my country today? Sure. I might come across some interesting documents.

I answered that question back in 1969. We weren't attacked but there was a draft. I answered the call. 1st Infantry Division, Co. C.
