Today makes 4 weeks on Ozempic for me and I'm down a little over 11#. I'll take my first 0.5mg shot this evening.
Tomorrow for me is 6 weeks on semaglutide and I'm down 16 pounds. I'm not going to go up in dose until I am losing less. It really is a game changer. I could still choose to overeat, but it makes it really easy to just stop at 1/3 or so of a serving.
People can bitch all they want about me being weak enough to need a drug for it. But currently all the research says it's good, so I'm just going to do me.
It's interesting for me, because I very much can see when it seemed like a switch flipped in my brain/body, etc. and I started gaining. I took a job that I liked very much, but was working a ton of hours and the environment was stressful. A lot of the time, they even brought in dinner and we always went out for lunch. Sometime around then, things in my mind changed so that I just constantly was thinking about what would be the next meal, was their cookies in the break room, etc. I had been thin, size 4-6, even after 2 babies. I believe I had a lifestyle change, combined with stress, that just changed things for me. This drug very much makes me feel the way I used to, when I wasn't thinking of food constantly and easily stopped as soon as I felt at all full. It's just a game changer.

Any side effects for you?
I’m considering using it along with my Testosterone.
I’d like to be about 20-25 lbs lighter
