Of course, the Democrats will say that a woman's right to choose should be the same, regardless of "ZIP code or what state she lives in." I heard that just this morning from a Democratic legislator (Va., I think). But what's tough politically for Democrats is that the issue will resonate most with women in states that are red and likely to stay red because they have the most restrictive abortion laws. Will the issue drive turnout in the purple states where laws are less restrictive?

then they should also support the RKBA "regardless of zip code or state" and THAT is an enumerated right protected by the Constitution
