Scientists Hid Chemtrail-Style Experiments from Public

Scientists kept the details of a massive, secretive geoengineering experiment from the public because they feared that “critics would try to stop them.”
Last week, the Coastal Atmospheric Aerosol Research and Engagement — CAARE — project, led by researchers at the University of Washington, launched trillions of microscopic salt particles into the sky off the deck of the USS Hornet Sea, Air & Space Museum in Alameda, California. The researchers aim to increase the density and reflective capacity of clouds to combat ‘climate change.’ They will continue to launch the particles, weather permitting, through the end of May.
The details of the experiment — and its existence — were largely kept hidden from the public because researchers feared “that critics would try to stop them,” reported The New York Times. According to a Scientific American report, the risks of such experiments are “numerous.” It warns that artificially creating cloud cover “could alter weather patterns in unclear ways and potentially limit the productivity of fisheries and farms.”
“History has shown us that when we insert ourselves into [the] modification of nature, there are always very serious unintended consequences,” warned Greg Goldsmith, associate dean for research and development at Chapman University.News of the experiment comes as Tennessee lawmakers moved to ban similar geoengineering efforts.

Somewhere, the ghost of Yogagirl/Rehtaeh is smiling smugly.

So weather and climate have been changing since the dawn of time. But in the last 100 or so years the changes that have been occurring are man's fault (it's funny that they have yet to phase "man" out for some genderless term in regards to climate change). Meanwhile there are scientists who are actually actively trying to change the weather and climate. But that's cool and all because they are on the right side. Hilarious

The CIA director was on TV talking about people changing the weather and attempting to cause earthquakes in the 80’s yet somehow it’s a conspiracy theory if it’s ever discussed?
I truly don’t understand it.
The government declassifies papers telling you what they were doing and if you mention it you’re some loon because it’s not covered on CBS news? Why?

So, changing the climate to battle climate change.

First there are no "chem trails". That is the heat from the engine when you reach higher altitudes where the temperatures are colder. As far as them dumping stuff into the atmosphere to try and impact weather, they have been doing that for decades from cargo aircraft and they haven't been very secret about it. They did it with hurricanes to try and see if they could cool them down to cause the hurricane to weaken. The impact it would actually have on the atmosphere would be zero. The ppm would be so low just in that are it would be almost non existent.
