Baseball hitters who want to be at the plate with the game on the line

Last year, LSU had several players who would be begging for the opportunity to 'be that guy'.
This yea, not so much.
Other than Tommy White, I don't see anyone else.

This is where the lack of experience is hitting us the hardest. We don’t have anyone that’s been that guy except White. Jones was clutch against Kentucky last year. Travinski against ole miss. But they were never the focal points. They are now.

I’m not saying you are wrong, because I don’t know. But how do you know nobody on this team wants to be at the plate with the game on the line?

Downvote away, but I feel like our best player doesn't want the bat either when the pressure is up.

I think he tends to swing early in the count in pressure situations. He hit a weak pop out last night to end the game.

And don't forget his base running mistake that closed an inning yesterday. Braswell got a hit to start the next inning. Tanks cost us a run or more with that terrible base running. I feel like he has checked out like the rest of the team.

Nobody on this team is clutch at the plate.

We just don’t have many good hitters. It’s not a crunch time thing.
