He was a top 5 salary cap hit during when he didn't contribute or was hurt. I'm glad we got some use of him last year, but that didn't warrant keeping him around. Imp, he stole big money from the Saints.

No, watch the post game interview with CJJ.
Coach literally said the only reason he put in Guidry was to get White out of the game up 17 and Guidry was the only position player left on the bench.
Then he immediately said he wasn't enamored with Guidry hitting a double from a 66mph pitch.

I just watched the post game interview. I think Guidry is going to stay a pitcher. CJJ literally said the only reason Guidry went in at a position is we were out of position players and needed to get Tommy White off the field when up 17 runs. He didn't want to take any chance of White getting hurt...

Why do we even want to make the postseason? To travel somewhere and get beat?
I guess we might could go on a run but we don't even have a leadoff guy that can get a hit. The batters guess at pitches and seem to want to get at bats over as fast as possible. I don't see this team making a run.
