I have houses like this pop up on my search on Zillow all the time. I don’t know what it is about Houston but they have some ugly arse houses.
I guess they were all just old and dated to me and I can’t stand a regular brick house.

Houston was booming in the 1970s. Houses like the one in the OP are a dime a dozen.
The price on this one is odd. I take in the school district must be bad? Neighborhood seems fine on google maps. Its out by Willowbrook Mall which is kind of meh but it's pretty much a standard suburban neighborhood.
