The Republican margin is too small to pass conservative legislation, therefore, they have to pass legislation that the democrats want. This is the logic of GOP voters. The concept that Republicans don't have to bring bills to the floor that their constituents don't want is completely foreign to these establishment bootlickers. Such a simple concept, yet so hard for some to grasp.
