They aren't siblings. The article is so poorly written. What seems to have happened is one set of parents named their kid Johnny Cash and, unbeknownst to them another set of parents hame their kid June Carter.

Correct. Two different couples who were not known to each other had children.
The Clarks named their daughter, June Carter Clark.
The Davis family named their son, Johnny Cash Davis.
Per the video, the uncle of the Clark child ran into the father of the Davis child who was wearing a Johnny Cash t-shirt, and said “my niece was just born and named June Carter”.
