and looks like he has aged significantly since last year. It’s funny how great success feels like a great relief at first, but then can make you feel even greater pressure.

Yeah we were discussing this exact topic in our group chat. I think Jay knows he has majority of his own players and can’t rely on Paul’s guys. I don’t think he knows what he got into. Another year of this next year and I think he’s gone

He had a couple bad seasons at AZ after appearing in the finals his first year. Fast forward a couple years and he was back in Omaha.
