So what do you want to do? Quit drafting offensive linemen? We are in desperate need right now. Hurst gone, Ram may be, Penning a project, and Peat gone.

I said it was a great pick. It’s just frustrating we have to use another first on an OLineman

Patrick Paul from Houston will end up being one of the best OT in this draft. Should have waited for him in Round 2.

does not mean he was the 4th OT on the Saints board
I get that logic. In that case we should have gone Mims.

I will say, I don’t think a lot of people remember just how bad our OL was last year. If this guy can take Ram’s spot then that’d be amazing.

Yes. The patchwork OLine actually performed well the final 4 games. Carr was able to produce. Carr is garbage under pressure. Carr has a chance to be above average with a good OLine.

At best he starts at LT. At worst he starts at RT.

Yeah, so:

-We're guaranteed worse at LT than we were in 2023
-We're guaranteed worse at RT than we were in 2023
-We passed our only opportunity to actually improve anywhere else

His knee issues were known at least a year ago, and that's publicly. I'm sure the team/Ram knew more, earlier.

You have no argument and made it up on the spot based on something you heard on tv
