The President is changing people's behaviors That's up to the individual to do. As long as there is choice there will be a market for drugs because people like doing them. We have millions and millions of broken people here and they like drugs. I don't go around blaming McDonald's for fat arse people. They're just servicing their customers. It's the fat asses fault for not having any self control and developing poor eating habits.
