Since the OP is about a commencement speech at Duke this must be a diversionary tactic.

I think being anti-Israel or anti-Israel's decision making isn't necessarily anti-Jewish

But I have no idea why SFP would accept these claims at face value considering the nature of the people doing the protests. Plenty of them ARE anti-Jewish, as we've seen through this entire saga.

Man. You just can't help yourself, can you? You can't help but stick up for the shithead left on any occasion. But you're super conservative. Sure.

No. I cannot help destroying NPC talking points. You are correct.

Not when the protest was anti-Israel and, if you go look back, Bunk posted reasons for protesting Israel (not Jewish people).

quote:

I am really curious WTF Israel plans to do with all the MILLIONS of Palestinians who have been displaced with literally nowhere to go

That comment also falls within the "why Israel (not Jewish people) is so criticized for their actions over history" discussion of the conflict (which is the cause of the protest).

You want to see the US, Europe, China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Russia all on the same page? Don't think it's possible? THAT is how you get all of those countries on the same page
Think they will paraglide into Gaza, rush into houses, and kill Palestinian babies in their cribs after raping and killing their mother?

If there were a commencement at Ole Miss, and a pro-palestinian Muslim-American celebrity or academic happened to be the speaker, and students walked out, there isnt a trace of doubt in my mind that SFP would be here hammering those kids for being Trump-tards.

That's the problem with our resident board jester. He sees himself as objective, but he only bothers to offer his objectivity in defense of the left.

Is he pro-Israel? I mean a little. But this bit of naivete:
quote:

They didn't leave because he's Jewish.

I mean a Jew that is famously Jewish. Had he never said a thing about Israel or Hamas, they woulda walked out. The protestors aren't generally more than superficially (like Reddit level) aware of any given issue.

Naw. I imagine the scenario (which I was not proposing, mind you) will involve lots of bombs and artillery, instead.

Only if they showed indication of being, in fact, Trump-tards.

The new uniparty simps are capable of almost any mental gymnastics, these days. It would be impressive, were it not so terrifying to ponder the implications.

The irony of so many ITT pushing the dumbest NPC talking point since possibly the great "infrastructure" debate
