re: What age did you older golfers move up to white tees?

Played Oakwing yesterday in Alec. I play with a couple of 40 something’s and a twenty something. I’m 67. We play the one ups tees which is gold. My playing partner s say move up, but can’t pull myself to do it. I was one under after 5, shot 40 on the front, 45 on the back. Mostly due to tee shots and poor chipping. I’m 20-30 yards behind them off the tee but make up the difference with my putter. In tournament s I move up. But weekly game, I’m back with the youngsters. Love rubbing it in when I beat them..
