Don’t miss out on one of the best series ever.
It starts out with a miniseries, and then “33” as first episode. One of the best episodes in TV history.

That first season was perfect.

I have the entire series on DVD but no way to watch them. I may have to spend the few extra bucks per month to get the ad free Prime.

Still the greatest show ever, even if the ending was mediocre.
33 remains the most tense and complete hourlong episode of all time.
So say we all.
And...
Obligatory

You captured my favorite episode and moment in all of cable TV
That and the Lee Adama testimony at the trial. The writing
I picked up the blu ray set a few years ago. So awesome.

Awesome show with a turd of an ending.
Same as Lost.
But the Pegasus coming back to save Galactica and the above gif are two of the greatest scenes ever created.

Adama Maneuver is sooooooo fricking good.
ALL HANDS! BRACE FOR TURBULENCE!
also my wife has a MASSIVE thing for Starbuck - we agreed she could have Starbuck, but I got to have Boomer - we were both willing to share with each other too.

You could just buy a cheap DVD player.
I've always wanted to watch this series but never have pulled the trigger. So another option is you could sell your DVDs cheap to me.

Cocomo you should. I know mid season it deals with a lot of political intrigue, and also with the basics of survival - and not all action, but it is a damn good series and well worth the time to watch.

If nothing else, watch the miniseries then seasons 1 and 2. Probably the first half of season 3 as well.
Things start getting lost in the weeds after that for a number of reasons, up to and including unavailable / incapacitated actors.

It was awesome. Started watching during my last days in Iraq with nothing to do. Got home and told the wife about it. She hates Sci-fi but I said just watch the first episode. Totally hooked. I have all the dvds too. Watched them on my PS3 Blu-ray!

This is an important point for people watching on Prime. Basically an extra long pilot episode is listed separately from the main series the way Amazon organizes things.
Pilot Mini Series
Season 1

It isn’t just Prime doing this…
The DVD releases had the miniseries separate then incorporated it into the season 1 set. Made it confusing as frick when trying to buy the series.
