He'll need a low 4.4 or better to avoid being a mid-round pick
I think if he is a mid round pick he should be happy and go to training camp and bust his arse. I think expecting him to be a first or second round pick with his size and troubles is unrealistic unless he has Deion speed which he does not. I thought he was going to end up being a late round flyer. If he is mid round that's about all you can hope for.

a 4.47 hand timed 40 isn't all that impressive. he'll run a 4.55+ at the combine with that number. honestly, people just need to accept the fact he's gonna be a 4th round+ pick. he has a ton of question marks as to what position he'll play and he doesn't have the natural physical advantages to make up for it. add that to his off the field behavior, you have yourself a late round draft pick.

As for the "working his arse off" part, that better be part of his plan no matter where he is drafted. He has natural instincts that few in the league can match, but almost everybody in the league also has a few things he can't match (size, speed, experience, etc.). He better work his arse off just to make sure he stays good enough to play at that level.
