Nah, Bama's rankings are by and large more toward the 3 than the 11. I know nobody wants to admit it around here, but it's healthy to admit that Bama hasn't been given anything they haven't earned, and nothing that LSU has earned has been taken away.

It may sound silly, but I had a bad feeling from all this over confidence. I was flabbergasted by the unprecedented amount of sure-minded shite talk that was basically guaranteeing victory. I had never seen it like it was leading to last night. I lost count of how many threads I saw on the SECr that was basically guaranteeing an arse whipping.

I wasnt impressed. Still not impressed. LSU did not make Bama do anything they didnt want to do. LSU was not trying to fool anyone, not even close.

And then you have threads like this. Again, take note of the upvote to downvote ratio and some of the responses.
It's delusional thinking that's repeatedly reinforced in the echo chamber that is the Tiger Rant. If you're realistic, you're branded as an alter or a "negatiger".
And then when reality does set in, as it did last night, the board descends into chaos because the end result didn't equate to the idealized fantasy land outcome that the Rant established leading up to the game.
