I don't want the starter to be looking over his shoulder - whoever wins it needs to be the guy and only change if ineffective or injury

I don't think Matt Flynn was looking over his shoulder. He just knew that that package wasn't designed for him.
The whole point is, O said if there isn't clear separation then he'll probably go to a 2 QB system and I was thinking of a way that would be useful.

I'm all in on a 2 QB system with the 2 dual threats we have. Put in some wildcat formations. Look what Williams did against Bama last year.
