Easy. Elite defense, if you cannot stop the other team from scoring a great offense is useless. Teams that have a good defense win championships....

I agree, and it might not be a bad idea to go after an experienced RB, if Holly cannot return and we get another injury at RB then we are down to two inexperienced backs other than JW. Get 1 RB and 2 DL.

If we do not get two decent DL before the year starts this will be a mediocre year again. A high-powered offense and a less than average defense again. The RB room will be a concern also. With the better staff I think LSU defense will be better than last year. If we add depth to the DL which CBK is doing. LSU's offense can score against anyone. We will have a more balanced attack this year with this OL. Expect to run the ball more than last year. We have more depth and experience in ...

I say we get both of them. Bo will make it happen. LSU also needs to consider getting another RB also with experience. Especially if Holly does not make it back. Three DL and a RB.
