Could be that she's not seeing him

Could be that “he” is actually a “her”. The PI probably wasn’t on the lookout for a woman. I know of quite a few instances where married women have left their husbands for a chick. Two women are much more likely to keep their relationship discreet in the beginning.

ETA I hate putting this out there. I know it seems insensitive. But it is a possibility

He needs your take.

My take now? If she wants to go, there’s nothing short of a chain that’s gonna hold her.

If she’s got the notion to start stepping out, she’ll do it behind your back. She’ll be meeting up when she goes to the grocery store. When she goes for a run. Any time she can get away.

So if she wants to go, let her be gone and find yourself freedom.

Sure it hurts. It will break you. But, like a sword that is made into shards and reforged, you can come back harder and sharper.

Your worth is not dependent on HER. You are your own Man. You have to be a strong father for your kids and for yourself. You can’t control her, you can only control YOU.

Don’t let the hate stay seeped in your veins. It’s a poison that will taint all your other relationships.

If she’s gone, let her be gone and move on. Don’t look back.

Trust me brother, I’ve walked this dark and lonely path, and the dawn will come as long as you keep on walking forward.

I'd imagine that the lesbo possibility is usually pretty slim but he did say that she was a feminist which increases the likelihood by 60%.

I feel bad talking about the OPs relationship like this. He has kids and is admittedly shook up. I hope everything works out for him.

My ex-boss had the very same thing happen to him, she graduated college and left him with in 2 weeks. As soon as she figured out living on her own wasn't all it was cracked up to be she tried to come back about 6 months later but he was done by then.

It's best to work out the divorce peacefully and move on.

It was rough on him he turned into a different person until it was all finally over.

It sucks at first, but it will get better just hold tight. It’s not the end of something it’s the start of something new. Get over the hump and it’s all cream cheese

You dont need an all world lawyer unless you got a lot of assists or some weird other shite going on. It is pretty damn methodical.

I’m not looking for a pit bull. I want a savvy lawyer that can negotiate something fair and not keep things tied up in litigation. My biggest concern is the scorn of a woman that could very well want to drag something out on her own home court instead of doing what’s best for the both of us. I’m not from Alabama. Baldwin County has a woman judge that handles this kind of stuff and I would like a lawyer that works well with her in the courtroom. I don’t want to get entangled with two opposing lawyers that are behind the scenes friends that want to make this more complicated than it should be. Yes there are assets but in years past from a business prospective I like a lawyer that can get me in and out of court with as little litigation possible otherwise no one gets rich but the lawyers. It’s been my experience a master at arbitration will have both parties pissed when they leave but a deal will be signed by both parties.

Two types of married men.

Type one: My wife would never...We are in love

Type two: Well shite...Women are counts

They will cheat on you and act like the LOVEEEE you more than life. Never ever get too attached to them.

All of that sounds horrible but testicular cancer isnt shite. Extremely good prognosis for that one.

Man, I hope that I never have to go through that shite storm. I think if you've been through it, or been close to it, you see the mistakes that were made. Sometimes through no fault of one particular party, but it definitely gives you perspective.

Marriages are a lot of work, even good ones. And sometimes you can feel them going off the rails and you have to try to righten the ship, but it takes both of you.

My dear friend, that I've known my entire life, just had his parents divorce a month before their 47th wedding anniversary.

What did you do? Women don’t bolt with three kids like that unless she is crazy.

Maybe shes crazy? He did say shes a feminist after all. Who knows what her fembot friend group filled her head with. It feels like any sort of resistance you put up against females in 2020 is some form of abuse.

I'm sure she'll claim verbal and psychological abuse.

I'd agree that I'd be surprised if there wasn't an option B on the table though.

I’m thinking option B is a paid for Masters Degree & a job to support herself + whatever she can get in the divorce

And having 3 kids by yourself 50+% of the time? That's not typical for sure unless their marriage was really bad. Most people that have been faithful will try to work that situation out.

Currently in one now and it sucks bad.
Depression, anxiety.
Having children even makes it worse.

Been miserable for past couple years. Wish I could change things but I’ve accepted I can’t. I’m 40 years old and don’t believe life has to be this way.

Hate to start over with another woman at some point but o still believe there’s good women out there.

And while your left wondering what to do, she's getting her pouch stuffed and dinners paid for.
