And I’m not just talking about sports. Yes, we all know that it hamstrings every single athletic department in the country with its requirements.
But worse yet this absurd federal overreach law creates kangaroo court inquisitions in which male students are targeted and punished without due process.
The Guice situation just highlights the absurdity of the whole law - it simply asks too much and imposes undue burdens upon universities.
