No right to counsel
No right to confront your accuser
No right to present a defense on your behalf.

It's a complete sham.

That is not true at all. Universities have a process for all of the above. However most universities sweep these things under the rug because it is bad for business.

The fricking sham is that everyone went to bat for him. Everyone was so pissed about him dropping in the draft and thought he was being punished for nothing. Apparently this isn’t surprising to those that knew him at Catholic. If he raped these girls then he is a piece of shite that deserves to spend a considerable portion of his life in prison.

This is not technically within Title IX; the text of the statute is rather short. The Obama/Biden administration directed the regulatory bodies that oversee the Act to enforce these principals.
