You’re asking if I would live somewhere other than Baton Rouge if my work was 100% remote only requiring a decent internet connection and a little privacy? 
Yeah, literally everyone would live in one of about 4 different places:
Beach
Mountain chalet
Big urban inner city with close access to nightlife and restaurants
Rural homestead/hunting/fishing camp surrounded by family
As for me, I would spend a lot of time traveling.
