I agree. I have the Citizen Blue Angels eco-drive. A friend of mine used to own it before he got stupid wealthy and it became his low rent watch.

I have never owned expensive watches. Along with the Citizen, I have 3 Jack Mason watches that run about $270 per. I would look at the Jack Mason offerings if I were the OP.

I like my Hamilton over my Tag for that price range.

Oris makes a nice watch in that range if you’re ok with Jomashop.

I have that watch also. It's a nice watch. The watch I wear the most is my Planet Ocean but that's not in his price range. He should buy a Citizen and save the money towards a watch that is worth a bigger budget.

I don’t even remember what I gave my best man but it damn sure didn’t cost $1,500.

Dualed was my best man. Maybe he can chime in if he’s reading this.

I have a Seiko with a 4r36 movement and it’s accurate as hell, -1min/month. $160 though.

Who needs rings? Bracelets? Who needs a BMW, Porsche, etc... When they can have a Corolla?
Why do people buy Jeeps that will never see a speck of dirt?

Undone Basecamp watch is real nice, as is the Panzera Aquamarine. Both have automatic movement, and both are around $350.
