I'm sure this has been covered a number of times on this board, but I don't frequent here often.

I'm about to finish out my current pre-workout (The Curse). I like it a good bit - enough to order more. But I didn't know if the board recommended something else.

I did a search, and looks like a few of you make your own. Looking for something pre-made.

ETA: I also take Max Effort BCAA Powder during/ after workouts.

If there's a better way of getting better results by using better/ cleaner supplements...I'm all ears.

I've tried a few and Bucked UP Lit AF is the one I keep coming back to. I probably don't need it but sometimes when I'm less motivated just thinking about downing my pre workout gets me pumped up. I wish I was working out a few years ago when they had the really good stuff.

ETA: I got my names mixed up. Woke AF is what I meant. I just bought Lit.

I’d look for something without blends, you have now idea how the ingredients are dosed. Layne Norton’s out work nutrition pre is well doses and has no blends.

Do any of these include Creatine? Or do I need to buy that separate and mix it?

If I need to buy Creatine, is there a preferred brand of that as well?

This stuff here was like crack when I was in college. I used to drink a little to give me the energy to study

These days, I stick to the Total War stuff.

Buy your own citrulline, beta alanine and pound a Monster or coffee.

Drink creatine and aminos in the gym.

Just get monohydrate. Doesn’t matter which kind. 5g daily minimum.

They do not have it in there. I just buy the Bucked Up creatine when I need it. 50 servings a tub.

I use plain LIT. What’s odd is I find changing your flavors to give me a boost on those . And that may be I’m just dwindling the active ingredients down and replenishing them with a new bottle

I tried LIT AF one scoop and it made my heart flutter like no other preworkout and I’ve done a bunch before that ( no explode/ m stak/bucked up/ jack3d) to name a few

I like alani nu. Cosmic stardust flavor isn’t bad and can be had at wal mart now for like 25$. Hawaiian shaved ice is their best flavor but it’s around 40$ I think.

If you are eating eggs and beef and drinking whey protein etc you really don’t need a BCAA supplement I would switch to an EAA supplement (they are more expensive though)

I have been alternating EVL ENGN SHRED and the JYM PRE X

I find if I don’t switch after about 20 days my body gets used to one and it doesn’t work as well. Only thing I hate about these is they all have tons of sucralose, Red blue and yellow artificial colors flavors etc. I try to avoid that stuff.
