Drilled into copper water pipe when hanging a curtain rod. Water the shooting out of the wall, through the sheet rock, like a damn sprinkler head. Had to run outside in the front yard to completely shut off the water to my house. We had a huge mess to clean up in the dining room

Patched up a hole in the drywall not knowing that my cat had gone in there...twice. Both times it wasn't discovered until around midnight when everyone was in bed and the meowing started, both times I had to get out of bed and open up the wall so we could get some sleep
