I'm sure it's possible to stick it to a guy who's worth half a billion dollars...I'm just not sure that what Bregman did qualifies.

If anything, Bregman screwed himself much earlier when he decided to follow his agent to LeBron's agency. In hindsight, Bregman should have made himself available to Scott Boras' agency or CAA, two agencies that have a ton of experience representing top-notch baseball clients.

You are correct. However, cheating has always been done with the naked eye, not with video equipment . There is a difference. But yes, people have been stealing and tipping signs forever.

Couple things:
One Bregman’s best year to date was in 2019 when there are no allegations of “cheating” because the MLB, knowing that multiple teams were using technology to steal signs, implemented a rule that no non broadcast cameras were allowed between the foul poles and Made all feeds to dugout/clubhouse delayed going into 2019 season a year before any allegations towards the Astros.
Two in 2017 when the Astros won the World Series and in 2018 when the Red Sox were also said to be stealing signs using technology it was not ILLEGAL to use cameras to steal sign. It was frowned upon and not a very good look but until MLB put in the rules mentioned above going into 2019 there were no rules against what the Astros did.

Frowned upon? Then why didn't every team do It? Why did Hinch get suspended if it was only "frowned " upon? It's nonsense. Using video to steal signs and then relay it to the hitter is cheating. Bregman got caught cheating. He is a hell of a baseball player, he doesn't need to cheat

Come on. Sports agents are shadier than used car salesmen, traveling roofers, and even cheating ballplayers. They’d represent Jeffrey Dahmer if there was a buck to be made.

They just got caught cheating, everyone cheats in sports, I'd dropped the agent too since they are supposed to have my best interests in mind at all times that's what they get paid to do bregman would still be rich without them.
